The organiser reserves the right to invite one or more delegations outside ETTU members. Each player can only play in 1 event of its choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>2<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Open events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 events will be organised:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boys born on 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January\u00a0<strong>2012<\/strong>\u00a0or after<\/li>\n<li>Boys born on 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January\u00a0<strong>2014<\/strong>\u00a0or after<\/li>\n<li>Girls born on 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January\u00a0<strong>2012<\/strong>\u00a0or after<\/li>\n<li>Girls born on 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January\u00a0<strong>2014<\/strong>\u00a0or after<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 3: Players\u2019 qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.1 Each entered association will be allowed to enter maximum 3 players per event for a total maximum of 10 players per delegation.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 The next places will be given to French players who will be entered individually and from which the registration must be validated by the Organising Committee (person in charge of the detection program)<\/p>\n<p>3.3 If still free places are left after the deadline of the individual French players\u2019 entries, then additional entries of foreign countries will be allowed if it has been previously mentioned in their entry forms. Then these players will be put in a waiting list and accepted or refused depending on the total number of entries per event.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 4: Competition system<\/h4>\n<p>In both girls\u2019 events the number of participants is limited to 96.<\/p>\n<p>In both boys\u2019 events the number of participants is limited to 128.<\/p>\n<h5>For the girls\u2019 events:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a024 groups, the 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a024 groups of 3 players composed following the results of the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0stage. The 3<sup>\u00a0rd<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a016 groups of 3 players composed following the results of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0stage. The 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p>The winners and the seconds of the groups of the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0stage will be entered in the main draw (32 players).<\/p>\n<h5>For the boys\u2019 events:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a032 groups of 4 players, the 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a024 groups of 4 players composed following the results of the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0stage. The 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a024 groups of 3 players composed following the results of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0stage. The 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0stage:<\/strong>\u00a016 groups of 3 players composed following the results of the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0stage. The 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0of the group will be eliminated and entered in the consolation event.<\/p>\n<p>The winners and the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0of the groups of the 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0stage will be entered in the main draw (32 players).<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 5: Main event<\/h4>\n<h5><em>MAIN DRAW PLACES 1 to 32<\/em><\/h5>\n<p>It will be composed in each category by a draw of 32 players by KO and a complete ranking.<\/p>\n<p>The winners and runner-ups of the groups of the last stage will be drawn following the ITTF rules and ETTU ranking (U13).<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 6: Consolation event<\/h4>\n<p>The players non-qualified for the main draw will take part\u00a0<strong>mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0to the consolation event which will be held from Saturday morning to Sunday noon. The system of play will be adapted to the number of participants. The matches will be umpired by the players. Any player who will refuse to umpire could be disqualified by the Referee.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 7: Duration of the matches<\/h4>\n<p>All the matches shall be played best of 5 games.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 8: Unfolding of the event and jury<\/h4>\n<p>These rules can be modified by the referee if needed. For any sporting dispute, a jury will be constituted by the FFTT (French TTA) delegate, the Referee and the Tournament Director.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 9: Rewards<\/h4>\n<p>The 3 first players of each competition of the main event and of the consolation events will be rewarded.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 10: Entry fees<\/h4>\n<p>The players entered by the National Associations have to subscribe on an \u201call inclusive\u201d package proposed by the organizing committee.<\/p>\n<p>The French players and French coaches entered on an individual basis must pay an entry fee (70 euros for players and 35 euros for coaches) or subscribe on an \u201call inclusive\u201d package proposed by the organizing committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 11 : ETTU ranking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The resulst of the U13 matches will be send to ETTU for possible integration into their ranking.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE 1: Conditions of participation The event is open for players born on 2012, 2013, 2014\u2026 registered in an ETTU affiliated Association.
